Introduction:

Co-10 Cobalt-based Alloy Powder (Corresponding to JB/T7744-95 or PT2101)

Feature Description:

This powder is Co-Cr-W-C-B-Si type self-fluxing alloy powder. It has comprehensive properties of heat resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good spray welding process performance. It can be used for high temperature wear resistance, gas corrosion resistance, cold and heat resistance. It is suitable for alternating impact situations, but during spray welding, the substrate must be preheated to about 500°C to reduce its crack sensitivity.

Main Uses and Processes:

It is recommended to be used for pre-protection of high-pressure exhaust valve sealing surfaces, internal combustion engine exhaust valves, etc. Suitable for plasma spray welding and high frequency remelting process.
